Chris and his associate arrived on time, and put shoe covers on before entering the house. They were extremely polite, listened to my explanation of my issue before even looking at the condenser for vibration. They went to the yard and I started the unit up and the noise started right away. They got out a drill with a nut driver with adjustable tension and tightened the motor mounts in the cover. The noise was gone immediately. They listened for a while and then checked the thermostat for any temp issues. None found, so they completed their call and left a happy customer behind. Tri-City installed this new compressor and coil in July right after the pocket storm July 3 destroyed my compressor. Their work was impeccable as well.
