Chris coordinated with his team to make sure the equipment was on site and that it would be completed in one day. His technicians were clean, professional, and very courteous. Tri City came out today to install a new AC unit that died in the middle of a heat wave. We use Tri City for our heating and cooling and also appliance repair plus our tankless water heater. We’ve been using them for over 15 years. Every time we call they are very accommodating. Today Tom and team were right on time. The text notifications are always accurate and a nice feature for communication. They wore the booties on their shoes to protect the floor and still laid out canvas drop cloths over my carpet to protect it. They worked clean and were very friendly. When they were done there wasn’t any sign they were here except we had AC back. We needed to replace our A/C condenser and air handler. The initial advantage was that Tri-City could give us what we needed in a week whereas the other companies I contacted were backlogged for 6+ weeks. We are very pleased with the job. They added an outlet and return to address a balancing issue that had been vexing us for years. The installers were very professional and nice and the owner (Seamus) showed up for the walk-thru and again when the installation was in progress. The price was competitive but we got top of the line 4-ton variable speed Carrier units which aren't cheap. We also got an air scrubber which will sanitize the air as it circulates.

We have a Maytag top load washer that we were having drain code issues. After doing all the things suggested in the manual, we called in a local appliance repair company, and the technician told us we needed a new drain pump, which I subsequently purchased from Maytag and installed. Same problem. When I tried unsuccessfully to talk to the technician about what else it could be, I called Tri City. Ken came out the next day and solved the problem. There was a koozie stuck in the drum drain outlet. He said we probably didn't need a new pump. Ken was very thorough and checked all the machine diagnostics. I learned my lesson, CALL TRI CITY FIRST.
