Each specific repair is assigned a price in our pricing book, which includes parts and labor necessary to complete the repair. The price you are given upfront is the price you will pay regardless of the amount of time it takes the technician to complete the repair. Q: What is upfront menu pricing?A: Upfront menu pricing is the set price that the technician provides to you before any work begins. The price is dependant upon the repair that needs to be completed. You no longer have to watch the clock while the technician is making the repairs! No more surprises! Q: Will he let me know before he starts the work?A: Of course! Tri-City’s technicians will not go ahead with any repairs before getting your approval. Q: Are you licensed and insured?A: Yes!
