It all began with you Seamus helping me select and size a solution to fit my space and budget.  You saved me real dollars and educated me in the process - never tried to sell me something I didn't need (I've confirmed this with other bids I brought in).

Second, your team, who you introduced me to during your initial consultation was exactly as you'd described - employed by you and on your payroll and part of a "tri-city family".  The value being I knew they would stand by their work as it was all under Tri-City.  Your employees were great - professional, respectful, efficient and smart!  They explained how my system would work and gave me ideas to consider in terms of mainenance of my unit and a few other things around my house for free.

I'm no pushover - I shopped around and while you weren't the absolute cheapest bid - I chose you because you appeared to me the best value based on cost plus your professionalism, character and quality, and your team's reputation for the same.  I was not let down.  Please feel free to share my thoughts with anyone you like - you may have them call me any time for a reference.

I would like to take this opportunity to inform you of what a wonderful employee you have in John Warakomski.  He came to my home today and went above and beyond what other technicians have done.  He was pleasant, considerate, polite and VERY thorough.  It was a real pleasure to have him in my home.

Additionally, he identified the issue with my refrigerator that should have been addressed the last time it was serviced in April 2006.  Had that technician provided the same level of care, I may not have had to have another service call in less than one year.

I wanted to take a moment to let you know I had excellent service on my dishwasher and clothes washer from Tri-City Appliance on 11/2/06.  John and Gus were polite, clean, and even fun during the service call.  John provided extra, important tidbits of information to help me optimize the results from both appliances.  John when "above & beyond" and noticed that the washer hoses were in bad shape and replaced them as well.  You are very luck to have such caring, personable and knowledgeable staff!  Thank-you, John and Gus!

This letter is being sent to acknowledge your employee Chris.  On February 2, 2005 Chris called me and told me he would be out to the house, he gave me an approximate time and I was fine with that.  Chris showed up, came in, and set out to work.  Did I forget to mention that I have six dogs?  They just loved Chris.  They jumped all over him.  Not once did he push them away.  He played with everyone while still doing his job.  He was courteous and professional.  I hope Tri-City compensates Chris approximately for his efforts.

My name is B.J. Frazier.  I initiated my request for Tri-City-s services on Wednesday, April 2, 2003.  The phone was answered by a charming gentleman with a fabulous sense of humor.  Unfortunately, I did not get his name.  My next encounter was with a delightful young woman named Julie.  There were some problems with my service contract and Julie graciously walked me through the necessary steps to correct the problem and ensure the speedy repair of my washing machine.  Yesterday, I received a call from a very sweet man, I believe his name is Martin Casey, letting me know he would fix my machine between 12 & 12:30.  Much to my surprise, Martin was here exactly when he said he would be.  Martin was very knowledgeable and efficient and very funny.  He answered my questions and explained the repair in a manner I could understand.  This is an incredible group of people who are a tremendous asset to the company.  It will be my great pleasure to recommend Tri-City Appliance service at every possible opportunity.
